Elaine Wakely, CPA, CA, CISA

PRINCIPAL

Elaine brings twenty-one years of assurance related expertise to the Peak team, with the past eighteen years spent assisting public companies in the Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities & Financial Services industries with their ICFR Compliance projects. Elaine has led SOX and CSOX implementation programs as well as taken over on-going compliance activities for various companies of various sizes.

In addition to her strong background in ICFR compliance, Elaine has led ERM implementations and production measurement (EPAP) compliance projects. She works with CPA Canada (and previously the CA School of Business) supporting their student evaluation processes and as a financial literacy speaker. She also presents topics and training courses for INFONEX as well as for her clients.

Ricardo Cosentino, CPA, CA, CIA

PRINCIPAL

Ricardo brings nineteen years of relevant experience to the Peak Advisory team with the past sixteen years focused SOX and CSOX consulting services. Ricardo has assisted dozens of companies in developing and leading their compliance programs in several different industries including Oil and Gas, Oilfield Services and Financial Services.

Ricardo has also assisted companies in completing other internal audit or compliance engagements such as assessing procurement practices and ESTMA reporting. He has also played a significant role in streamlining compliance-related activities and developing tools to minimize time spent on documentation and communication of internal controls.
